Cancellations made between 30 days and 48 hours of check-in date will receive no refund, however, any amount deposited towards the reservation can be used within 3 months of check in date at your selected hotel by AM Hotel Kollection
Cancellations that are made within 48 hours of check-in will attract a 50% retention (no-refund/no credit) and remaining 50% of deposited amount can be used within 3 months of check in date at your selected hotel by AM Hotel Kollection
